Aerial Adventure Academy Offers “Train the Trainer” Course

Aerial Adventure Academy will be offering a “Train the Trainer” course Jan. 9-12, 2018, in Virginia Beach, Va. A refresher for those needing re-certification will also be offered Jan. 13-14, 2018. 

The course will train participants in how to train their own employees to become Level 1 or Level 2 Monitors (Guides). Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the Monitor Trainer (MT) designation.

To participate in the course, individuals must meet the following requirements:

-be at least 21 years of age
-hold a current Monitor Level 2 certification or have equivalent high ropes course experience
-have a minimum of two years and 800 hours of professional experience
-have the ability to train and assess others that are Level 1 and 2 Monitors
-have at least eight hours of continuing education annually to maintain the designation
