Aerial Adventure Academy Offers Train the Trainer Course

Aerial Adventure Academy will be offering one more “Train the Trainer” course for the 2017 summer season. The course will take place July 11-14, at The Adventure Park at the Discovery Museum in Bridgeport, Conn.

The training session will prepare participants to be able to train their own employees to become Level 1 or Level 2 Monitors (Guides). Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded the Monitor Trainer (MT) designation.

To participate in the course, individuals must meet the following requirements:

-Be at least 21 years of age
-Hold a current Monitor Level 2 certification or have equivalent high ropes course experience
-Have a minimum of two years and 800 hours of professional experience
-Have the ability to train and assess others at the Monitor Level 1 and 2 categories
-Must have at least eight hours of continuing education annually to maintain the designation
