American Adventure Park Systems Offers Level 1 & 2 Certification Courses


Adventure Park Insider Magazine—Whitesburg, Ga., April 26, 2024–American Adventure Park Systems (AAPS) will be hosting two, five-day Level 1 and Level 2 certification courses, June 3-7 and Dec. 2-6, 2024 in Whitesburg, Ga. The courses will be run in accordance with the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Level 1 and Level 2 practitioner standard to operate high and low elements.

AAPS is not requiring any prerequisites for a Level 1 certification. Those seeking a Level 2 certification must have either a current Level 1 or an equivalent of 40 hours of documented training delivered by a qualified person. Additionally, they must have 200 or more documented hours working on a course.  

The courses, held at AAPS’ flagship park Historic Banning Mills, will offer an all-inclusive option including training, meals, and lodging for $1,249 per person. Shared room discounts are available. Those local to the area will be able to purchase a training and meals package for $749 per person.
