The Association for Challenge Course Technology has partnered with Xola, a booking software firm in developing a product specifically designed for zip line and challenge course operators.
The software can take reservations from company websites, over the telephone, or in-person. All transactions are run through the same system, and customers, trips, and guides are automatically scheduled with each booking.
The software tracks all consumer interactions including refunds, date changes, or adding additional people to the reservation. Reservation confirmations, booking updates, and reminder emails are all sent through Xola’s automated customer notification capability.
Subscriptions start at $99 a month for companies with 2,000 bookings a year, and top out at $899 a month for firms with 5,000 annual bookings. “Click here to learn more about Xola’s partnership with ACCT and watch a promo video.”
