“We’re trying to find a way to take the ski area, which in the summertime basically we were using for Segway tours and archery, and get more use out of it. So, with the lift already here, putting the zip line in now it just opens up the whole mountain for all kinds of summer recreational activities,” said Matt Fussell, Homestead’s director of recreation.

The guided zip tour is a three-hour tour spanning more than 4,000 feet across eight zip lines followed by a 1,300-foot descent on the Red Tail Racer, a dual race line. Participants can enjoy the entire tour or can ride the Red Tail Racer as a standalone adventure.
