Fatal Incident at Zip Line Park in Peru

An Israeli tourist died in an accident at Zip line Cola de Mono in Peru on April 8. The 24 year old from central Israel reportedly fell from a ramp, which was suspended about 260 feet in the air, when it collapsed. He was visiting the Machu Picchu area as part of a post-army trip. The two friends with whom he was traveling were not hurt. The Foreign Ministry investigated the incident.
