Registration is open for the “Facilitator and Trainer’s UnConference” (formerly NCCPS) in Boulder, Colo., Feb. 29–March 2. The three-day “uncommon gathering” is facilitated by Leahy & Associates, Inc.

The event, which began in 1993, brings together facilitators, trainers, educators, therapists, coaches, and others to “raise the bar on facilitation and the effective use of all types of experience-based learning.” Conference participants will use the same experiential methods they provide to clients to spur their own learning.

The event is made up of four different types of sessions—presentations, workshops, discussions, and “fun stuff”— which will be developed using an Open Space methodology “in which participants totally influence the direction, content, and outcomes of the conference.”

Participants can attend the conference virtually or in person, and can reserve a spot for all three days or individual days. Registration costs range from $150 to $600 depending on a variety of factors, such as alumni or vendor status. Lodging is not included in the registration fee, but is available onsite at a discounted rate.
