Construction is underway on a new a mini golf course and high ropes attraction at The Valley shopping center in Evesham, United Kingdom. The 18-hole adventure golf course will sit underneath the high ropes course, which will include a zip line element.
Adventure attraction designer and builder Greenspan Projects Ltd., began work on the project this October, with construction expected to wrap by the end of the year and an opening planned for early 2023.
The facility will be run by Worcester-based leisure operator Aztec Adventure. Aztec Adventure recently launched a climbing facility at the Evesham Leisure Centre and runs land- and water-based activity centers in Upton Warren and Lower Moor.
According to local reports, The Valley, which will be home to the new attraction, sees more than 1.3 million visitors annually, with 1.1 million of those visitors coming from outside the local area. The project is expected to further boost those inbound visitor numbers, as well as create new jobs in the community.
