Enrollment Open for Alpine Towers Level 1 and Level 2 Certification

Alpine Towers will hold Level 1 and Level 2 ACCT Practitioner Certification training and testing Oct. 20-Nov. 3 at the John Dorr Nature Lab in Bethlehem, Conn. 

Enrollment for the 4-day program is now open. Training and testing cost $900. Room and board are $500. 

Level 1 certification requires no previous experience and is good for one year. It signifies that the practitioner can deliver routine programming and is proficient in core technical skills. Participants must be at least 18 years old, complete 40 hours of training, and pass a written and practical skills test.

Level 2 certification requires previous experience and either a Level 1 certification or equivalent 40 hours of documented training within the last year. Certification is good for three years and signifies the practitioner can deliver advanced programming and is technically proficient. Participants must be at least 18 years old, have an up-to-date portfolio documenting 200 hours of course facilitation, and complete the 40-hour Level 2 training.
