The Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety, which oversees amusement device regulation in the State of Colorado, has released an updated draft of proposed changes to the Amusement Rides and Devices Regulations for stakeholder review.
The current draft is the result of multiple stakeholder meetings, bringing operators and manufacturers to the table to discuss concerns with the revised regulations.
Operators within the State of Colorado are encouraged to review the proposed regulations (and soon). The Division of Oil and Public Safety is soliciting feedback from stakeholders. Comments should be sent to Peggy Christian, public safety supervisor, at [email protected] by March 12.
