Nearly 1,100 vendors, builders, educators, and challenge course, zip line, and adventure park operators attended the 26th annual Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) conference in Lost Pines, Texas, Jan. 28-31. They took part in dozens of workshops, seminars, presentations and certification exams over the period and cruised the trade show hall, where 79 exhibitors showed their wares. From discussions detailing the recently approved ANSI/ACCT 03-2016 Challenge Course and Canopy/Zip Line Tour Standards to the proposed operator certification program, operational issues held a central position in the conference.
