Hawaii’s Botanical World Adventures Named USA Today’s Best Aerial Adventure Park

Adventure Park Insider—Hakalau, Hawaii June 20, 2024—Hawaiian zip tour Botanical World Adventures secured the top spot on USA Today’s 2024 Reader’s Choice “10Best Aerial Adventure Parks” list. The Big Island attraction was in good company, with The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring in Sandy Spring, Md., claiming second place, and RYZE Adventure Park in Maryland Heights, Mo., coming in third.

Originally a botanical garden destination, Botanical World Adventures added the Zip Isle Zipline Adventure as an attraction in 2009. The eight-span tour zips through the rainforest canopy, and includes multiple side-by-side racing lines, a suspension bridge, and a signature zip line spanning a 300-foot gorge with views of the 250-foot Kamae’e Waterfall. In addition to the gardens and the zip line tour, the outfit also offers Segway and bike tours.

Nominees for USA Today’s 10Best reader’s choice awards are selected by a panel of experts, who narrow down the field before putting a final set to readers for a vote.
