Timothy Banks, Sales Manager, American Adventure Park Systems
Tim began working in community parks in 1980, and has been involved in parks ever since. He helped develop adventure and ecotourism programs for Historic Banning Mills, a sister operation of American Adventure Park Systems, in the early 2000s, and was involved in managing Georgia state parks for nearly a decade. He joined American Adventure Park Systems in early2015.
Paul Cummings, President, Strategic Adventures
Paul has been offering business development services to challenge course programs, zip line/canopy tours, corporate teambuilding centers, summer camps, and outdoor education programs for the past decade.
Micah Henderson, Aerial Adventure Course department manager for Hubbard Merrell Engineering, and owner, Vertical Solutions Consulting, LLC.
Micah has 17 years of experience performing aerial adventure course design, installation, inspection, operation, operator training, engineering and development of operation manuals. She is chairperson of the board of directors for the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), and secretary for both the ASTM F24.61 sub-committee for Adventure Attractions, and the ASTM F2959 Standard task group for Aerial Adventure Courses.
Valdo Lallemand, President, Aerial Designs
For the last 25 years, Valdo and his team have designed aerial adventure parks and zip line tours across North America and Canada. He received his engineering degree from France’s l’Ecole Centrale and is an ACCT accredited professional vendor member.
Ryan Olson, owner of Heightened Adventures Aerial Park and ABEE, Inc.
ABEE, Inc. is a Founding Member and Professional Vendor Member of ACCT, for which Ryan is currently Treasurer. He has more than 20 years of work history in the aerial course industry.
Jim Wall, Vice President Challenge Design Innovations, Inc., Partner in the Adventure Management Group
Jim has worked in the industry for 35 years as an owner, builder, operator, inspector, trainer, and author. He served on the ACCT board for 6 years, and was also on the practitioner certification committee.
