The American Camp Association (ACA) is holding a free, virtual conversation on recruitment, hiring, and staff retention on Jan. 24, 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. The initial “Staffing Summit” was hosted in October 2022, but ACA notes that new participants are welcome to join the ongoing conversation to collaborate with other camp professionals.
During the Jan. 24 Staffing Summit follow-up, attendees can choose a staffing topic for two different breakouts to share thoughts, questions, and ideas in a small group setting.
