The Alliance Collaborative is hosting a three-day “Bootcamp” for professional and in-house inspectors and trainers, Sept. 19-21, 2022, at Trail’s End Camp in Beach Lake, Pa. The event is for those seeking training and skill enhancement.
The inspector portion will cover access/work positioning techniques and related OSHA compliance, emergency procedures and self-rescue principles, inspection tools and techniques, proof testing techniques, and more.
Topics to be covered for trainers include: required documentation, standards and regulation, gear, teaching techniques, assessment and testing, deep dives into accident potential and safety, and more.
Registration includes 12 training modules (20 hours), three nights of lodging, and seven meals. Discounts for Alliance members are available. Prospective participants can also apply for a scholarship. Cost is $1,125 per person. The registration deadline is Sept. 16.
