The Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) will offer an Inspector Certification prep course and exam in Monteverde, Costa Rica, this September as part of a week-long Programa de Capacitación Aire Libre (PCAL) training event.
The ACCT prep course is mandatory for new applicants. It will be offered in the afternoons, Sept. 12-14, with the exam taking place Sept. 15. Current ACCT Certified Inspectors do not need to participate in the prep course and can sign up for the exam portion only to renew their certification or take the next level exam.
Other courses available to participants throughout the week include in-house challenge course inspector training, in-house challenge course instructor training, risk management and adventure course operations, and inspection of PPE for work at height.
